How do you offer such low prices? What's the catch?

There's no catch or gimmicks. We operate out of unused warehouse space in the back of our distribution center so our overhead is extremely low.

 

We also negotiate truckload savings with our vendors to buy their returns or factory-blemished items and pass those savings onto you!

How can I find out about specials, sales, or events?

Follow us on Facebook! It's also a good idea to join our email list. We only send it once a week, and it's packed with some of our favorite steals of the week.

What type of payment do you accept?

Cash and major credit cards. We can also help you open an account through Wells Fargo so you can take advantage of special financing offers, subject to approved credit.

Do you offer financing options?

You can take advantage of 12-month special financing through Wells Fargo on nearly every item we sell. Financing is subject to credit approval. Apply online here.

Do you have a Military Discount Program?

We sure do! All active & retired service members and their immediate families are eligible. Service members are eligible to receive a 5% discount on most of our appliances, furniture, and mattresses. UMRP products are ineligible. You’ll just need to show your military ID to document your status as active, retired, or an immediate family member.

Can I have my purchase delivered?

You can choose our full delivery service that includes an in-home setup and haul away service for a fee. We offer a wide delivery radius-  see our delivery page for complete details.

If you'd rather take your purchase with you or pick it up later, we'll help you load it too.

Does everything at the Clearance Center qualify for Free Next Day Shipping?

No, only new-in-box items over $250 qualify for free shipping. Our delivery team will drop off the item(s) to an easily accessible flat area outside your house/building for FREE! Think of 'UPS-style' delivery.

What if I want the delivery team to bring my purchase inside my home?

We can do exactly that! Click here for our full delivery service.

After opening, what if my Everyday Value appliance or furniture is damaged or not working correctly?

If you notice any damage or if the appliance is not working properly, call us right away at 309-691-4100.

What is your return policy?

All clearance sales are as-is and final. We'll help you inspect your purchase before buying so you're 100% satisfied.

Are your products new or used?

You'll find both. Our Everyday Value items are brand new products and are typically kept in stock so you can find unbelievable value every day. You'll also find returned items, one of a kinds, floor model displays, scratch and dents, and manufacturer blemished items.

Are your Everyday Value items always in stock?

Our Everyday Value items are typically kept in stock. However, if they are not in stock, you can order them brand new for the same value price. Inventory and availability are changing rapidly. When does new stock arrive?

Our inventory is constantly rotating. We maintain a backlog of products so as soon as an item sells, another comes out in its place. This means the warehouse is always packed wall-to-wall with deals!

What's your Product Holding Policy?

We require reserved 'Everyday Value' (brand new-in-box), in-stock product to be scheduled for delivery or picked up within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days and failed attempts to schedule, we must release the inventory for our other guests. For all Returned Goods, Scratch & Dent, and Blemish product, it must be picked up or delivered within 10 days of purchase.
